Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EVEREVE purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Returns made within this window will be credited back to your original payment method, while returns made between 31 and 60 days will be issued as store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.
